Startup Retainer Club had a brand that was no longer working for them. The colors and fonts were too similar to that of their main competitor. In addition to their primary target market, they had identified a secondary audience to market to – teens.
Although their logo mark needed to remain, they sought a brand update to move away from feeling stuffy, corporate, sterile, and bland, and differentiate them from their competitors.
This is what their Brand Guide looked like for their first two years of business, before engaging with us:
The new brand needed to feel fresh clean, edgy, social, gender-neutral, and appeal to teens, parents, and Orthodontists.
We upgraded their brand colors, typography, and photo styles and created an interactive Brand Guide with maximum version control to allow them to easily customize and share new editions as they expand into new International markets.
They implemented their upgraded brand on socials, website, and merch.
