That’s where we come in. We are Jess and Justin Redmon. We combined our passion for design and illustration in 2021 and started Apple & Anchor to help small businesses uncover their unique voice and identity.

“Apple” is a traditional symbol of knowledge, representing Jess’s 18 years in graphic design. “Anchor” represents Justin’s 13 years as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy.

Jess Redmon

As a design professional for over 18 years, Jess ("Apple") served as Vice President of Creative Services for the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp where, she managed a team responsible for marketing Music City’s $9.2 billion hospitality industry. Thanks to her tenure as Graphic Design Chair at O’More College of Design, Jess is well connected to talent in Nashville’s design community.

Justin Redmon

Justin (“Anchor”) is a natural-born illustrator. Starting with pencil and brush works of vintage cars, his passion for design deepened through his 13 years traveling the world while serving in the U.S. Navy. Today, his experience as an Operator helps ensure client projects are completed on time and with excellence. His skill as a digital illustrator also gives client projects a truly personal touch.
